Client Agreement - EveryTrade24 Ltd

This Client Agreement outlines the key terms governing the relationship between you (the Client) and EveryTrade24 Ltd, a licensed investment firm incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius. It defines the use of our trading platform, the execution of financial transactions (including CFDs, Forex, Indices, and Commodities), and the rights and obligations of both parties.

Key Principles

• EveryTrade24 Ltd operates on an execution-only basis – no investment advice or recommendations are provided. All trading decisions are made solely by the client.
• Trading CFDs and Forex involves high levels of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment.
• EveryTrade24 Ltd provides Negative Balance Protection – you cannot lose more than your deposited funds.
• Client funds are fully segregated from company funds and held in separate trust accounts with reputable banks.
• EveryTrade24 cooperates with authorized liquidity providers, primarily LP PRIME (Logan Capital Pty Ltd, regulated by FSCA, South Africa).

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their identity, financial situation, and trading experience, keep access credentials confidential, and comply with all applicable market and anti-money laundering regulations.

Liability and Risk

EveryTrade24 Ltd is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Technical failures, market volatility, force majeure, or liquidity shortages may cause disruptions or losses for which no liability can be assumed.

Communication and Complaints

All communication is conducted via email, the client portal, or other secure channels.
Complaints may be submitted to dpo@everytrade24.com or compliance@everytrade24.com.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
The competent courts of Port Louis, Mauritius shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal provisions.
